Important Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel items and hosiery. All other products including Boat Shoes, Boots, Clogs, Clothing, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Pants, Sandals, Shoes, Shorts, and Sneakers & Athletic Shoes are eligible for return or exchange within the specified timeframe.
Step-by-Step Return Process

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours during business days.
3Package Your Items
Securely package the items you’re returning in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your return form inside the package.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new items to you.
International Returns: As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note that any customs duties or international taxes paid are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item to you via standard shipping at no additional cost once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
