Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel items and hosiery. All other products from our collection including Boat Shoes, Boots, Clogs, Clothing, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Pants, Sandals, Shoes, Shorts, and Sneakers & Athletic Shoes are eligible for return or exchange within the specified timeframe.

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours during business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items you’re returning in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your return form inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Refund Details

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new items to you.

International Returns: As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note that any customs duties or international taxes paid are non-refundable.

Exchanges
