The fit of the Easy Spirit Ilena was fine length wise for my size 6, flat, wide feet. The wide width felt a little larger than I was expecting, so I’m returning the sandals. I’m looking for a nice, comfortable pair of sandals that would give me a little boost in height which these sandals did, unfortunately the velcro strap closure wasn’t enough to secure the sandals to my liking. I also have bunions due to years of being on my feet and I like having ample coverage for the ball section of my feet. The location and cut of the strap going across forefoot area did not cover my bunion area making these sandals a no-go for me. Cute sandals with a nice steady boost for us shorter girls but lack of foot coverage and closure security has me sending these back.

I was hoping the Easy Spirit Ilena sandals were going to be my go-to summer sandals but unfortunately, I’ll probably forgo sandal shopping this year. I have flat, wide size 6 feet, and bunions. I ordered the sandals in a size 6 Wide and felt the sandals were a little too wide and loose. The Velcro straps made it impossible for me to get a secure fit. The sandals are lightweight, and felt comfortable to me, the heel height of almost 2 inches was just what I was looking for. I think they could’ve been perfect to wear with summer dresses and pants. I’m just not a fan of Velcro straps and the openness of the sandals did not provide the coverage I like for my feet (hiding the bunions).

The size was true. But I need a lot of arch support and this sandal just doesn’t have it.

These are very nice sandals and feel “squishy” when you walk. Since the podiatrist told me I need as much padding as I can get, these meet that criteria.

I ordered a 7W, which is the size I always wear. Width seemed OK, but I couldn’t tighten them enough to keep them from flopping when I walked. They are being returned.

Very comfortable. Flexible soul. I wear a nine wide and ordered a nine white and they fit perfectly. I wish they would make this with a real true leather but it’s not available I would pay more to have real leather because they are so comfortable.

Mom said one felt wider than the other, would have worked if the upper portion of the shoe was also adjustable. Cute but slightly clunky style.

Cute shoes and really was my size 9 1/2 WW. The fit but the woven part of the little toe was wearing on the outside toes. If there had been fabric on underneath of the outside of the shoe, it would have been perfect.

OK, I never write reviews, but these have got to be the most comfortable and LIGHTWEIGHT sandals I have ever owned. It’s like walking on a cloud. I tried about 8 other styles and these are the clear and obvious winner. I’m bringing them on my 3-week trip to Europe and they will be my everyday walking sandal. CUTE, COMFY, all leather upper with velcro closure and a little bit of elastic for a perfect fit, easy on and off, soft, cushiony footbed with no stitching or tags or anything to rub weird on the bottom of your foot, cute versatile shimmer blush color and great price. It’s a win for me! My only complaint is I wish the bottom wasn’t white, which makes them look more casual than I’d like (and also i anticipate will get dirty). But oh well, you can’t have it all. The comfort by far outweighs any aesthetic downfall. GET THEM, you won’t regret it.

It’s a comfortable cushiony casual shoe for walking. Very nice! The regular fit is good for a foot that tends to be toward the wide side, but is not quite a full wide foot. The straps are positioned so they would not rub a small bunion. It’s a chunky sandal so would look good with pants/shorts. It’s too flat for a dress I think, The platform is broad and about the same height from front to heel so it really does not give any lift. The metallic is very pretty, I also got the “brown” leather since I liked the metallic so much. It is a seriously ugly color – a pumpkin orange color. -sigh- but very comfy and otherwise a really nice sandal. The color on my webpage looked way better than it does in person. Still trying to decide whether to keep due to bad color.
