These are great shoes! They were comfortable enough to wear for eight hours the first time I took them out of the box. They can be dressed up or down. Just enough heel. Love these shoes!

These looked really cute in the snake skin print. The problem for me though was that they rubbed my ankle bone at the strap. I know if I kept them they’d end up with little wear time because of that irritation.

Fit my narrow feet like a glove and adjustable velcro strap is excellent feature. Comfortable heel height and rubber sole reduces impact and doesn’t make the clicking noise when walking. I really like the style for a comfortable dress shoe.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes!!! They are very bunion-friendly and comfortable to trek through the airport terminals while looking very sexy & stylish with our uniforms! Now that we aren’t required to wear hoisery I am really both the style and comfort. I ordered the last pair in an 8.5W. Please Zappos get more of these for us discriminating shoppers!

A the shoe box states ” Comfort out of the box!” I have tried a dozen “comfort” shoes and returned each one until receiving the Clarice by easy spirit. It gets difficult to find a comfortable shoe with a stable feel as you get older. Older women want to retain style without turning an ankle or falling down! This shoe gave me back my dignity and style.

This are adorable, but sadly, there is a piece on the outside of the heal that cuts into my foot just below the ankle bone.

Great little shoe but a bit too big even though it was my regular size in other shoes. I’m usually a 7 1/2 wide but a 7 would probably be better since my foot had too much room and was a bit loose in it.

Comfortable but the heel collapsed after the first wear. There is no support once the heel collapsed.

The Clarice ran a half size large, with the straps hitting me at my ankle bone which was the deciding factor. Even if I did get a half size smaller, the placement of the strap would make wearing these otherwise comfortable shoes painful. It’s unfortunate since this is super cute.

These were super cute, and lovely. Very comfortable, until the heel in the left heel broke in the inside. It looks fine if you are looking at them – but clearly a support broke on the inside. The whole heel of the shoe squishes down significantly. Had to return them after wearing them maybe 7 times. And for the record – I have not worn them much, and I am 120lbs.

Returning second replacement pair of these shoes unfortunately. They are very cute and comfortable. However after a couple of months of wear, the heel gave out (in both pairs!). I might be a defect in design. Never had that happen before.

The heels are made of Rubber. On one of the Shoes, the Heel collasped the first time I put the Shoes on. Defective Shoes to say the least.

Ordered 10.5 Medium width first because this is my go-to size but too big so reordered these in 10 M which fit well. Very pretty shoe and velco under button strap makes them more adjustable around top of feet as well.

Agree with previous reviews that ankle strap is uncomfortable. Too bad, because I really liked the shoe otherwise. My only other issue is that I always have to go a size up because wide shoes are generally not made in size 5-51/2, which would be a better fit for me.

Looking for a comfortable shoe I can wear to work and do a lot of walking. Not so much. The opening between toe box and strap was too long and doesn’t give the support I need. Also felt the toe box was too short and didn’t quite cover my toes entirely. Not a good look for me.

This one is a pretty shoe, I like the look of it, but I am now realizing my feet have changed a lot since before the pandemic began in 2020. I can see now this style no longer works for me, that is, it’s not comfortable for me so I can’t wear it. In addition, one of the heels appeared to be damaged upon arrival. Therefore, I am returning this pair of shoes.

Unlike several other Zappos boxes I’ve received lately, the shoe box for these actually appeared new, and they had the Easy Spirit tissue paper still on them. They are soft shoes. I LOVE the velcro strap–the button on it makes it not look like velcro. I also like that they have height without a narrow heel. The width of the 8W was excellent, but it was longer than I expected. Because of the velcro, the heel and ankle fit great, but the toe box was too tall for my thin foot–it left a huge gap on top of my foot. If you have normally thick feet, it shouldn’t be a problem. The shoe felt very stable, which I loved. The color is definitely neutral. They look a bit old-ladyish, but, if they had fit, comfort might have won out.
