I am diabetic and have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable to wear for any length of time.The Dockers Proposal fits very well and is extremely comfortable. It took me a few days wear to get used to the lip around the heel, but once that was taken care of, I don’t even notice it.

Great shoe for work, I also where for business casual like dinners with nice jeans. Took about two work days to break in, and the gel pad on the heel took some getting used to, but overall a comfortable shoe.

I have an affinity for slip on shoes that are comfortable and appropriate for our biz casual office. Oh and they need to be under a specific price range. That’s a tall order but these shoes delivered. I’m ordering back-ups for when they wear out. I’ve found it’s hard to find a good cheap pair of shoes.

I purchased these for my husband. It’s been a month now and he just loves them! He’s been wearing them almost every day for work and casual outing. These shoes are great. I spend all day on my feet and need something stylish, comfortable, and functional. I normally wear a 12 but had to go with an 11.5. Never had Dockers shoes before, but these will not be my last. They are easy to get on, but once on, they stay on. I normally wear some gel inserts but they were not needed with this shoe. I wear them with slacks along with a shirt and tie, but I also wore them with jeans in a pinch and they still looked good. They are comfortable and look good. They are a steal at this price. Buy them! Too bad they don’t come in brown too!

I ordered these shoes with another pair of similar shoes to see what would fit and be more comfortable. He saw these and was sure that he wouldn’t like them. Once he put them on he realized he loved them and were super comfortable! He is usually an 11.5 in other shoes because his feet are kind of wide, but I got him an 11 wide in these! Definitely would recommend these!

Was not sure about Dockers shoes, but needed a comfortable pair of daily shoes. These shoes are amazing. They fit well, very comfortable, and have stood up to a good deal of abuse walking in Manhattan.

Love the shoes. Very comfortable. I normally wear 2 inserts in my shoe – one for arch support and one for comfort. With this shoe I only needed a thin insert for “extra” support.

Width and length is true. At first it is a little tough to get on without a horn or a few wiggles. After a day or two of wear. It’s much easier to slide on. But the tongue does hold tight even after several months of use. Wear for a few days then have a good shine put on them. The leather starts off soft, but losses shine and moisture quickly. I also have lace up version which I like more. It holds my foot better. But I spend many days running through airport security. So this makes that process faster. Looks good with dockers or jeans too. I do use arch supports for those long days on my feet (conference, presentations, etc).

My husband was having a hard time finding dress shoes that were comfortable. After shopping at two malls, I suggested Zappos. He was hesitant to try mail-order shoes, but these turned out to be the perfect ones! Enough padding in the foot bed, good arch support and enough toe room. He’s a happy guy and we’re ready to go dancing!

I’ve had these shoes for about 2 weeks now. Excellent shoes! Yes, the tongue was stiff the first day, but by the second day they were completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend these shoes for work or casual wear.

Very comfortable shoe. Takes about a week to break in and becomes an even better shoe. Excellent heel support, and my feet don’t hurt at the end of the day. I wish I had gotten the wide version, but after a couple weeks, the shoe broke in enough that it almost feels like a wide.

These shoes are comfortable but not as sleek as I expected them to look like the Georgio Brutini that I ordered previously is much sharper so these will be a great addition to your business casual. But for business formal the quality seems obviously less than stellar but not bad. That being said these shoes are very comfortable and look durable so I expect them to last longer than my Brutini did. I now have this pair for work week wear and a pair of Stacy Adams for suits and interviews. These are overall very good shoes I just do not think they look sharp enough for business formal which I hoped they would be.

This is my second pair of the Dockers Proposal shoe and third pair of Dockers shoes. The first pair lasted about 2 years of daily use. I wear these walking trade shows on concrete for miles and the wide sizes and soles padded soles help out. I’ll keep buying these as long as Dockers makes them and the quality stays this good.

While I did not buy these from Zappos, I have owned a pair for the past 6 months. I am a store manager at a retail retail pharmacy store, and my job requires me to walk around a lot on carpet. I have only had these 6 months and the soles have already been worn through. These were not designed to be walked around in 50+ hours a week. Although they were extremely comfortable, they did not stand up to my use which is probably more extreme than others. I would still buy them again, but just not use them for work.

Overall, I am very pleased with this shoe. I had to order it 3 times to get the right size (I normally wear a 9 – 9.5, but this shoe seemed to run a little large. Ended up with an 8.5). The heel is a little stiff at first, but softens up a little after a few wears. It does slide around a little more than some of the other slip on shoes I own, but overall, it’s pretty comfy. I can wear these all day and my feet don’t ache when I get home from work. The bottom of the shoe provides great traction, even in rain. For the price, I think this was a great purchase and am very satisfied!

I honestly never thought I’d find myself running around in a pair of Dockers. I’m not a shoe snob – it just didn’t sound like me. But these are the most comfortable shoes I have owned in years. And – I am continually complimented on them. Now if Dockers will only continue to make size 13 I’ll be one happy man. I think I got the last pair in that size which is the only downside.

These are great shoes! Very comfortable. This is my second pair; and thanks to Zappos, I saved money! It seems to me they tend to run a little on the large size so if you’re on the edge, go with the smaller size. A lot of shoe for the money!
