Shoes fell apart within 6 months of ordering. Showed signs of wear within 2 months.

I bought these Dockers men’s dress shoes back in July. After barely 3 months wearing them to my easy office job, the shoes started literally falling apart. The left sole is peeling back from the shoe at the toe. The surface of the “leather” is bubbling and peeling off in multiple places like peeling paint, revealing light grey material underneath. There are dozens of little white threads protruding from the edges of the “leather” where the seams overlap below the stitching. I normally get about 9-12 months out of a pair of every-day office shoes, but these are the worst quality I have ever seen.

My 13year old son loved these shoes. He normally wears a size 10 wide for athletic shoes, but these 9 wides did the trick. All his classmates were crying their shoes hurt them on the school’s dress up day and he kept chuckling how comfortable he was and his toes were not squished at all. If only Dockers could help him with his necktie…..

This is the third time I have bought this shoe over the last ~5 years. They are basic simple black office shoes that are comfortable from day 1.

These shoes fit well and looked good, but when I put them on and started walking, they creased across the top from side to side and bent strangely. Within a few steps, I could tell that this would quickly ruin the finish and make the shoes look bad, as well as feeling uncomfortable. I returned them.

Felt fine until I wore them in for a day and they stretched out and now they are too big and uncomfortable when I can’t return them. Bummer!

Fit was perfect my fiancée usually wear 10.5 but these are pull on style so I ordered 11wide it’s perfect color is beautiful he loved it he walked in them all afternoon

They look great, fit well and true to size. Unfortunately after a few uses, the sole on one of the shoes separated.

They were a little tighter than the last pair of Dockers I owned. They didn’t pinch my overly wide feet too much, so there is hope they will break in to be more comfortable. The over all look is good. If I had to purchase them again, I’d go with a more matte look, although these are not audaciously shiny.

However, I am disappointed that the shoes are entirely man made materials. I would have liked the upper part to be all leather. The description in the Zppos web site should have noted that the shoes have no leather.

Nice shoes, feel good to wear, but the soles started to separate after 5 months of wearing them every day, whish they were a little more sturdy.

Jury is still out. Last pair only lasted 6 months. Upper completely separated from the sole. Zappos sent a replacement pair for free. New pair seems to fit better than the last pair. Time will tell if the new pair last longer too.
